Founded in 2020, Il Barone has seen several management changes up to July 2025, when a new team of passionate professionals took over the reins. Their aim has been to return to the original Il Barone philosophy: showcasing Mediterranean and Ticino culinary traditions presented with an authentic yet innovative approach.
